 New urbanization must break the dichotomy between regionalism and affordability to be impactful

As a continuation of DPZ’s linear city concept, an innovative housing compound was the task at hand. Considering the client’s paramount focus on pedestrian
circulation, entrances to the compound open the block on each face, while the main entrance mirrors the blocks. 3 Bed Units line the greenway while 3 single studios and a duplex line the alley side. The Anglo-carribbean architecture is embellished with local and regional tropical forestry.
